I started learning piano at 4, but like most families, we simply found the nearest music school without really knowing what to look for.
It wasn't until I pursued music more seriously that I discovered how much I had learned wrong. Small habits, foundational technique — things that seemed harmless at first, but took years to unlearn and rebuild.
That's why I founded Courtney's Music Classroom, and the heart behind our slogan: Learn Right, Play Bright.
Every teacher on our team shares this same belief. We don't just look for skill — we look for people who genuinely care about building the right foundations from day one. And because no two learners are alike, we don't follow a fixed syllabus — just as no two pieces of music in this world are exactly the same.
